Regarding address changes:
If your address is changed after the order is placed or the renewal has ran this will only update the shipping address for FUTURE orders. Please contact us directly at to confirm your change so that we can edit any unfulfilled shipments.

To update your address for your subscription please use the "Subscriptions" tab in the main menu.  Make sure to delete any old addresses to change the default address for future orders. 

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for lost packages due to unconfirmed post order address changes, so please reach out and let us help! We are working with our software company to come up with better solution to this issue.
