Shipping Terms & Conditions

Costs

lavishbathbox.com ships only the United States and Canada at this time (if you wish to discuss shipping to another country please email support@lavishbathbox.com for a quote).  For US customers monthly subscription boxes are shipped at a flat $6.99. For Canadian customers boxes are shipped at a flat $12.99. For an explanation of international shipping costs see below.

Shipping on shop orders are calculated based on weight and due to the limitations of our software can add up to be higher than necessary upon the purchase of multiple items.  All overages on shop orders WILL be refunded after the order is processed.

With each order sent you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Alternatively, you can log on to your account to view your most recent tracking number under the “your subscription(s)” section.   All packages are shipped via US Postal Service.

International Shipping

We are excited to announce new LOWER international flat rates for Canada and WORLDWIDE:  Canada: $12.99 | Everywhere Else: $17.99
These new rates are approximately 20% cheaper for Canada and a whopping 35% cheaper for other countries compared to our previous costs for international shipping.  Hoo-rah!

Order Processing

Monthly boxes ship on the third week of the month typically around the 20th.

Shop orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two business days. Orders received on the weekends or during “box shipping week” (the third week of the month) may take a little longer to process.

Delays

We do our very best to have our packages delivered on time and within our estimated windows. When there are known delays, such as around the holiday season we will alert customers and do our best to ship early to ensure on-time holiday delivery, however, once the package is in the hands of USPS control over delivery times are largely out of our hands especially in the event of delays due to inclement weather as we are unable to anticipate such events prior to shipping.

Risk of Loss

Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier.  As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your box was marked as delivered your post office will have a geo-tag of where that box was when it was scanned  – we recommend contacting your local office and making sure it was actually delivered at your address. If you request it, they are required to open an investigation to find your box.  We are happy to assist how we can!

My Box is missing

We recommend contacting your local post office and making sure it was actually delivered to your address – if it was delivered to the wrong address they will know that and take steps to recover it… If you request it, they are required to open an investigation to find your box.  We are happy to assist how we can!

Product is damaged

We hate to hear that! We do our VERY BEST to pack all of our boxes so that they arrive to you in the same great condition that they left our warehouse but unfortunately the postal service and sorting facility equipment isn’t always the most gentle on packages.  Please contact us at support@lavishbathbox.com with pictures of the damaged product and we will be happy to assist you however we can depending on our current stock and your location. Please note: replacement products cannot be sent to international customers but please contact us anyway for alternatives!

It says my label was created but it hasn't moved!

Because we ship to so many of you, packing takes multiple days to complete. The label creation date is the date that we PRINTED the labels to be placed on the bottoms of your boxes. This is not the shipping date. When the product does ship you will receive an email notification with tracking so make sure to add our support email address to your contacts so it doesn’t end up in your junk mail.  It is not uncommon for the label creation date to be days prior to the shipping date.

I'm moving - how do I update my address?

To change your address go to lavishbathbox.com click “log in” (in the top left corner of the screen )and from “my account” you can edit your addresses, (along with your payment information, subscription terms etc). Under “Shipping Addresses” click “ADD AN ADDRESS” and make sure that your new address is marked as the default address. Then directly across from that on the right-hand side of the page under “My Subscription(s)” click “Edit” under “Ships To” and you’ll be forward to “Edit Your Subscription” page. From there select the new address in the drop-down menu under “Choose a new shipping address” and save!
